About Eric Richard Laubacher

I started Laubacher Co. in 1999 after having worked for NASA Lewis Research Center here in Cleveland, Ohio. My practice is devoted almost exclusively to Family Law (Divorce, Dissolution, Custody and Domestic Violence). However, I do assist other experienced attorneys in our office in the areas of Bankruptcy and Employment Law. I am a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court Guardian ad Litem Project and have also been nominated for Guardian ad Litem of the Year. I also teach monthly seminars reguarding "What Men and Women Need to Know about Divorce" through the City of Strongsville Adult Education Program. I have represented both men and women in all walks of life: including, Homemakers, Doctors, Lawyers and Business Owners. Our goal at Laubacher Co. is to insure our clients' financial interests are protected while never lossing sight of the fact that custody decisions and considerations may also be paramount. I am particularly proud of the fact that a large portion of our business comes from personal refferals from past clients and other Lawyers. Hired Attorney

After the divorce was finalized in awful circumstances, I had started to look for the a real Attorney. Therefore had been researching for The Most Successful Attorney in family law. Who would want to take a case that has been finalized under a Judge signature? No Attorney could wrap their heads around my case. However Attorney Eric Laubacher took the case and lead it to a successful result. Attorney Laubacher not only that works in the best interest of children,he is ready to give his life for children safety. Attorney Laubacher is honest, strong, never gives up and was there for me in the Easter Day when my ex -spouse falsely sued me through multiple courts with the purpose of departing me from my child. I highly recommend Laubacher & Co.

Hired Attorney

I have known Attorney Laubacher for a couple of years and he is among the best trial attorneys that I have had the privileges of being represented by. He is a tireless advocate whose unique experience, as a former member of NASA Lewis Research Center, with an additionally background in business and an other background in Education field where he teaches monthly seminars - gives him an advantage that consistently achieves fantastic results for his clients. Hired Attorney

I gave them a 2000.00 dollar retainer for divorce. My husband and I had our own agreement already. Before the month was up we had reconciled and did not go through with divorce. With the retainer I still owe them 1400.00 this was for only a month of service would hate to see had the divorce gone through and our own agreement how much bill would have been.
