Hired Attorney

I entrusted C. Ray Joyner to probate my late husband’s estate, as he was known for his long-standing reputation in the area. However, from 2021 to the present (2024), I’ve experienced a series of significant delays and difficulties throughout this process. Despite multiple requests, I encountered issues obtaining essential documents on time. At one point, I was even told the will could not be probated, despite having clear documentation supporting its validity. Still unable to finalize my husband’s wishes as intended. For those considering working with this attorney, I would strongly recommend establishing clear expectations regarding timelines, documentation, and communication upfront. My experience underscores the importance of transparency and attention to detail when handling sensitive legal matters. Proper guidance and support are critical in such a vulnerable time, and unfortunately, that
