Heneghan, Kennedy, & Doyle, L.L.C. is a general practice law firm. We are centrally located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, allowing us to efficiently service clients throughout Greater Hartford and the State of Connecticut. We have extensive experience in matrimonial & family law, personal injury law, civil litigation, business law, wills, trusts, probate & estate law, will contests, motor vehicle and misdemeanor criminal law.

Although each of our attorneys are familiar with a wide range of legal matters, each lawyer specializes in specific areas of law, and our lawyers work together in a congenial and cooperative manner by pooling multiple legal talents in order to best address individual clients' needs.

The law firm charges reasonable and competitive fees for the services it offers. Although its hourly fee structure and fees for certain types of legal work are set by overall firm policy, our attorneys do have the discretion to negotiate with our clients as to the proper fee for the particular legal service required.

We at Heneghan, Kennedy, & Doyle, L.L.C. look forward to answering your legal questions and to continuing to meet the legal needs of our clients. The law firm's attorneys, paralegals and administrative personnel are generally available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In certain instances, meetings can be arranged off site or on weekends and evenings by appointment. Hired Attorney Daniel Kennedy Jr

I would not recommend this service. I hired this service in 2016 to settle my divorce and the outcome failed to meet adequate service expected. CON: Kennedy failed to take appropriate action when in contempt of court orders; failed to provide adequate guidance; failed to provide accurate settlement details; failed to trust and honor requests; failed to provide adequate instructions during and post settlement; failure to communicate adequately. PRO: Kennedy was timely responsive.

Hired Attorney Daniel Kennedy Jr

Daniel Kennedy is the worst kind of divorce attorney. From the start he inflammed the situation between my ex spouse and I for the purposes of prolonging my divorce so that he could make more money. He cares nothing about his clients or their well being. His only goal was ensuring that the divorce process was as contentious as possible so that it ends up in court. When this became clear after 14 months and 40,000.00, I fired him a month before my court dates to save myself the additional $30,000.00 he was asking for. I hired another attorney who settled my divorce in 2 weeks. He should have ben disbarred a long time ago.
