Effective representation at a great value. Rex helped me through a difficult and emotional time when my 30-year marriage came to an end. I was extremely angry, but he saved me from myself with wise counsel. In negotiations, Rex was exceptionally impressive. He faced an aggressive opposing counsel and was able to leave them rethinking their position. Always prepared, he conducts himself with a calmness that is reassuring.

Recently, for the first time in my life, I needed the services of an attorney to help me through an injury claim resulting from an auto accident. Mr. Dwyer was extremely helpful from the very beginning explaining what the process would be, how long it would take and what the cost would be. Everything played out just as Mr. Dwyer said it would and as a result I was very pleased with the overall experience of using Mr. Dwyer's services and will contact him again if I ever need legal help.

I was double billed and was the one who caught it. I also caught editing mistakes in legal documents and had to be the one to bring it to their attention. I wanted to fight for my property (specifically my dog) and was told that was 'not smart'. I informed Rex that I would do what I needed to do and spend the money and time required to fight for him because he is important to me and he subsequently withdrew. I would highly recommend selecting a more qualified and determined attorney.

I feel like Rex viewed me as billable hours instead of a client he represented. There were numerous invoicing errors and a lack of urgency to keep me updated on balance. Less than thorough counsel on legal matters pertaining to my specific case which netted in useless results. I would recommend using another attorney unless your divorce is going to be agreeable and easy.
