Hired Attorney Thomas Matthew McCartin

Mr. McCartin has been my attorney for more than a decade, and I am well pleased with all the work he has done for me. He is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He responds promptly to emails and telephone calls. He handled the settlement of both my mother's and my husband's estates. He has prepared my will, my healthcare advanced directive and my power of attorney. In addition, he has prepared my tax returns annually since 2005. I recommend him highly with no reservations.

Tom is an outstanding Elder care and Estate planning attorney. He assisted me with elder care complications with my mother and her estate, taking the time to explain important issues and making many helpful recommendations. He was always prompt and professional getting back to me. I highly recommend Tom.

Hired Attorney Thomas Matthew McCartin

Mr. McCartin was recommended to me by my Merrill Lynch stockbroker when my husband died suddenly in August of 2014. Mr. McCartin was very efficient is taking care of the many details associated with the estate and establishment of a trust for me. He was very compassionate, extremely efficient and performed these functions very quickly and I can assure you, I felt very comfortable trusting him. He continues to assist me with legal matters and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help.
