Kidwell, Kent & Curran is a law firm with an office in Rockville, MD. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, federal practice and 12 other areas of law.
Terribly inefficient, unprofessional, and barely above template forms you can purchase at Staples. I used Kidwell and Kent because of a "Legal Resources" benefit from my work. I needed what I thought was straightforward. A family trust, will, and POA. The process took ~1.5 years to complete. Required many follow-up emails by me. And when done, basic things like filling in the requests for advanced directives weren't actually filled in. The physical office in Rockville was a barely a staffed, dusty, condo-coverted-to-office setup. The tables had crusty debris. Noone was even at the check-in desk for several minutes. And after the signing, it tool 3+ months to finalize paperwork. My only positive comments are that John Kidwell himself spent a good amount of time at the start and in finalizing details to explain legal steps and options. He seems knowledgable and approachable. Everything inbetween?... Terrible.
