About Mr. Joel I Hoffman

Joel Hoffman is an attorney with more than 46 years of experience representing clients in both the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He is an experienced trial attorney concentrating in business litigation, construction and serious personal injury matters.  Over the course of his career up to and including the present, he has assisted clients in matters of wills, trust and estates, probate, contractual issues and disputes, business formations, business dissolutions and succession planning.  Mr. Hoffman has participated in many trials, mediations and arbitration proceedings.   He is compassionate and caring and always puts his clients best interests at the fore front of his representation.    He believes that trust and confidence in your attorney are paramount to a successful relationship.     When not practicing law he enjoys travel and photography.  He teaches photography skills to developmentally challenged individuals and often says that he learns much more from his students than they learn from him.    Please call Mr. Hoffman for a free 1/2 hour consultation about any matter you may have.  If Mr. Hoffman does not practice in your area of need, he will assist you in getting the best representation from one of his peers.
