I did and I’ve heard some of the most vicious insults I’ve ever heard come out of a persons mouth, and they are all accurate. If you want a liar and a cheater, chose Dorothy Fait and Fait & DiLima
Engage with extreme caution. Firm promotes itself as a woman's advocate against domestic violence. Dilima did the exact opposite. She defended my abusive and mentally ill husband, dismissing, objecting and silencing me in court every time I tried to present information. As a result, my husband, who is suffering from jealous and persecutory delusions now has his guns back. I even played a recording where he admits to shooting at people. Apparently that's just fine, and now we know why there is so much gun violence in this country.
The partner that I used was on vacation most of the summer prior to my case. They did not assign anyone to cover my case in her absence. My bill ran up because I was always trying to track down who was handling the case and correcting mistakes. They made several major mistakes (I caught) in the paperwork that caused delays. Partner refused to continue on the case days after settlement and refused to respond to opposing counsel, but wanted new retainer..... Ex sued for contempt.... more $.
