Hired Attorney

I hired Ms. Kundra for my tax problems. Ended up cutting my losses and found another lawyer. At that point, I had paid almost four times as much as the estimate Ms. Kundra had promised for a full resolution of my case - with no end in sight. Also, lawyers were replaced at the firm several times, so new ones had to be assigned to redo the work at my expense. Quite a regretful experience overall.

Hired Attorney

I spent over fifteen thousand dollars with Chaya Kundra. She missed deadlines, was difficult to reach and then was dishonest about her representations to me which was later confirmed with the IRS. She should be brought up in front of Bar Counsel IMO. An ex-employee of hers alerted me to other clients who were also treated with malpractice. A simple phone call to the IRS cleared up my problem in one hour. She's been sued and has lost and has had to settle out of court. Be careful of this attorney
