About Mr. Benjamin Hu

Attorney Benjamin Hu held the position of Satellite Office Manager in Guangzhou from 2015 to 2018, where he provided direct counsel on EB-5 evidentiary documentation and offered support during consular interviews at the world's busiest EB-5 visa processing center. He is a licensed attorney in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, holding the distinguished title of an EB-5 Investor Verified attorney. I highly recommend Benjamin Hu for anyone looking for an immigration attorney. He helped us prepare and submit our marriage-based green card application. We submitted in March 2023 and received a permanent green card in May 2024. A 15-month turnaround with no request for additional documents, no interview, no complications. It was all smooth. He is very organized; which is important when you need to bring together multiple documents. He is excellent in communication. Benjamin was always available on email/phone/sms; he always gave us updates from USCIS and answered all our questions which gave us confidence and calmed our nerves when we were anxious about stuff. He gave us great advice when it came to making decisions—and I believe that is the reason we did not get a request for additional documents/proof/evidence from USCIS. And Benjamin is just a kind and decent human being. If you are looking for an immigration attorney, you should consider working with Benjamin.

Benjamin is a true professional and has earned his 5 star rating without a doubt. I am a US citizen and my wife is from a foreign country. He helped us apply and achieve my wife's greencard in record time. He is extremely diligent in his work and possesses in depth knowledge of US immigration law. He guided us through the process very smoothly. He was always available to answer our queries or concerns and never took more than a couple hours to get back to us.
