Lori Nevias graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in May 1994, and was admitted to practice in February 1995. With a background working for the insurance giant A.I.G. prior to law school, she began legal practice in the office of Jack Lester, a noted community rights/zoning law attorney in Manhattan. She later moved on to the offices of Goldstein & Greenlaw, a prominent co-op and real estate law firm, in Kew Gardens, New York. Prior to entering into her own practice in 2002, Ms. Nevias also worked for the well-respected commercial litigation firm of Reisman, Peirez and Reisman in Garden City, and Bellavia & Gentile, (formerly Bellavia & Kassel), specializing in trusts and estates, commercial litigation, Lemon Law defense, and plaintiff’s personal injury, in Mineola.
