Our Real Estate closing was extremely complicated due to probate court and an out of state purchaser. Without Mrs. Atkins vast knowledge and expertise, this property would not have ever closed. We closed on the actual due date of closing as stated on our contract with the purchaser. We were able to close the sale because she had worked behind the scene to file and gather all information that needed to be approved prior to our closing date. She was able to explain the entire process at closing. We did not have a lot of communication prior to closing but she was able to make the whole transaction happen. We believe a smooth transaction is the only thing that really matters! We will use her again!
