I Was quite disappointed with my working relationship Bryanna Brandalesi DiRocco. We were trying to negotiate an alternative to trial. We negotiated for what I would say probably about six weeks. Unfortunately, we made zero progress. Meanwhile I am out roughly $12,000. Absolutely no forward movement. Eventually, I end up going to trial without counsel because I was quoted another $8000 to go to court for the day. So I went unrepresented. I spent nearly the whole day in trial only to find out that the terms that my attorney was attempting to negotiate, weren't even an option. My experience with this this firm tells me one thing, billable hours and nothing else matters.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Miller & Associates to handle my divorce, trusting them to complete the process in a timely manner. Not only did they take my money (just under $10K), but they completely neglected to finalize my divorce - a fact I only discovered over ONE YEAR later when I checked on it myself!! There was no communication, no follow-up, and no accountability. Had I not taken the initiative to investigate, I would still be under the false impression that my divorce was finalized. This is not just poor service; it's outright negligence. My experience with the two brothers who own the firm, Joshua and Chad Miller, is that they are condescending, rude, and do not care about the clients, they only care about collecting more and more money from you. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. I strongly advise against hiring this firm for any legal matters - especially something as important as a divorce.
