Last I heard from him, he was going to file another motion. Never heard again from his office. Phone calls were at appointed times due to the fact that I was out of state. But was put on hold during calls, then told he had to let me go cause he had another long distance call. Too intent on going through the motions and running up fees, instead of easily letting agreements be reached.
