Nicole has always been on top of my case. She returns all my phone calls as soon as she is available. Her main concern is my kids which is why I hired her. She goes above and beyond what I would expect a lawyer to do. Nicole is very well organized and is always ready to go when it comes time for court. She explains everything to me throughly. She makes sure to answer any question i might have. She takes my concerns in to considerations. She is very highly recommended by me for child custody and OP's.

He charged an exorbitant amount and as a person he was very intimidating and condescending.
I was told free 30 minute consultation, I was only given 15 minutes. I was then told he could handle my case for 2500.00 total, but later they kept charging me for this and that, I ended up paying them close to 3000.00 to complete the task, and even then had to involve yet another lawyer just to get them to finish the job.
She does not respond to emails in a timely manner. She failed to notify opposing counsel of a stop payment order at the completion of my obligation to pay child support. This error cost me greater than $4,000. This was despite me emailing her multiple times for a year, to request a stop payment for the end of my commitment. Judge ruled in favor of my ex-husband based on "failure to notify opposing counsel of our intent" to stop payments. This was devastating to me.
Took my grandmother’s money and did not complete her estate planning. I would not recommend her to anyone. Her law firm would not return my calls after my grandmother’s passing. My grandmother assumed the law firm completed her requests. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM. We had to hire a trustworthy NEW attorney. We are now in probate, something grandma wanted to avoid. The new attorney was able to get grandma’s estate planning fee returned from Epstein and Assocto the family! Sounds guilty to me!!!! She still caused a headache for the family!!!!!! DO NOT USE NICOLE!!!!!
