Actually, chair of local Rep. organization, but active in local bar association and state collectors bar association. Our office strives to provide prompt and satisfactory services at competitive and efficient costs, whether litigation or legal counsel

Hired Attorney

I retained Jim to help me stop the illegal take over of my HOA by nonmembers who were using the HOA to harass me and violate my civil rights. Jim knew who the HOA lawyer was prior to accepting my case. The day after retaining him, he admitted he had a deep respect for the other lawyer. Jim told the other laywer what was illegal, but refused to hold him accountable for 2 months, while allowing the violations to get worse, then dropped me because my mental health was starting to suffer as a result of my knowledge and requests going unadressed by Jim. He charged me $2827.75 just to make things worse for me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
