I hired this firm Jim DiVerde ran the case. I had owned a home with an invalid Qc deed the house was rented earning 900 a month Jim said he would secure my money well he didnt then he said he would demand my money yet again he did not. 39,500 on a sign sworn affidavit charged and paid for demand letter he quits securing me his client nothing. He was a total loss I reported him to the ARDC

Jim DiVerde quit my case with almost 40,000 admitted to withholding on a signed sworn affidavit refused to turn the demand letter he charged me for I never knew a lawyer could lose so bad in court I realized when he quit he never wanted to win the case he just wanted to make money off of me.
