Hired Attorney

I worked with Rich on both a buy and sale of a personal residence. Rich and his assistant Mary were great; they answered all of my questions in a timely manner, were responsive, and very easy to work with. The complexities of both selling and buying at the same time and trying to line up the transactions dates is not easy, but I was able to close on both in a matter of days. Thank you!

Hired Attorney

I hired Rich for both my real estate sale and purchase. He is responsive and never failed to answer a phone call or email. He works hard and diligently for his client and I have always felt comfortable when dealing talking with him and felt well represented when dealing with the other sides attorney. I highly recommend hiring Richard Oller!
