Mr. Benson does not respond to phone calls. He was assigned our atty and we have not heard from him. He hasn't reached out to introduce himself, walk us through steps... nothing. The related Paperwork received contained errors and there is no way to reach this attorne . Even the local VP of the bank made numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach him. Being out of the office or on vacation is understandable , however, there is no outcoming message suggesting that this is the case. His website states opened 24rs. Perhaps this is how business is handled in Rock Island Illinois? Regardless, it's unprofessional.
