Ruud, Scovil & Marsh is a law firm with an office in Rock Island, IL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing general civil practice, federal practice, personal injury and 10 other areas of law.
They were very helpful. Someone quickly returned my calls and answered my questions. The person who went to court with me was very soothing and helpful.
He isn't very communicative but someone there answered my questions. He has a great reputation and was fairly priced.
We recently started working with Mr. Scovil, so we have not had very many experiences with him yet, but thus far the communication has been disappointing. He is very busy, as he is highly sought-after, therefore it is basically impossible to get ahold of him on the phone and two times he has called me back he hasn't had my file in front of him so he didn't even really know who I was or how to answer my questions.
Mr. Glenn Ruud was very unprofessional and rude. He gave poor advice in order to increase his fee and was very angry when we went to get a second opinion because he was very unresponsive to phone inquiries.
