John Remus solved the dispute and I would work with him again. He was very compassionate and understanding on the initial phone conversation. Most communication was done through email and text. Along with a few phone calls. His assistant Jayan was a delight to work with and very professional. The only critique would be it took time to get the issue resolved, but that might be more of an issue with the other party. Other than that what he accomplished for was nothing short of a miracle.
Was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not even sure that he’s going to care about this response. It took twice the time for the whole thing to be done correctly. Botched up the wording in responses to my sisters and had rude comments towards my youngest sister by threatening to charge us more for asking questions about the situation. Delayed everything with so called excuses, while knowing they didn’t their job incorrect by not filling the appropriate paperwork and adequate time. Because of more excuses of personal problems that should not have had any effect in the process. Never would say anything good about their professional work ethic their office help very unhelpful. Used lots of attorneys put nothing like this one.
Terrible experience with this attorney. Mislead my family to something that we didn’t need to do. When we asked why the office threatened to charge us for more expenses. Very unprofessional and would never recommend this firm
These crooks took my retainer stretched out the case for years and just before going to court they quit. They are quitters and take every dollar they can. They should be in jail.
