I had to initiate all meetings with Carrie and then she canceled each meeting on the day of the meeting.. I took time off of work for some of these meeting and that didn't phase her..
She typed out a motion for temporary relief and she had to redo it 3 times before she got it correct. AND, I was charged for each time and each conversation explaining what was incorrect about her work. Her web sight says free initial consultation and I was charged for that time.
Poor communication skills!
She never answered any questions/emails/phone calls. We never knew anything until the day of or night before we were supposed to be in court. She never informed us on certain paperwork we could do or provide, we would only find out after the respondents attorney would send them and then we would ask why we weren’t informed of the same.. she just expected us to know. Didn’t fight for us in court one bit when we had a very good child custody case.. we’ve since had other attorneys we were strewed!
