Hired Attorney

Being served with court papers for a large medical bill, I was filled with anxiety and nervousness. The first time I met with Mr. Winstein, as I presented my documented evidence that the issue was not all black and white, Arthur projected such a calm, open demeanor that my nerves began to settle.
He agreed to represent me and throughout the course of the case, he was very responsive to calls and questions. His presence in the court hearings was very welcome.

Very poor customer service. I understand that his office is busy... but it shouldn't take days to return a phone call. There were a few times where my phone call didn't get returned at all. I had to call back just to leave another message. Very frustrating. They are glad to take your money but it's like pulling teeth to get questions answered.
