I hired Nantz Law for a civil dispute with a contractor. I worked with Carolyn Suhocki who was a pleasure to deal with. Closed with this office and can not recommend it. A mistake in their settlement statement calculation regarding proration of property taxes has not been fixed and left us with paying deliquent property taxes of the seller. Contacted closing attorney several times and was promised that issue will be resolved as the mistake was on their side. No reply to messages and phone calls made by us or by buyer's real estate agent.
