Hired Attorney James W. Tucker Jr.

Jim Tucker and his paralegal, Lindsay, did a great job in handling my divorce as plaintiff. The other party did all she could to make the situation totally impossible for everyone (including her own attorney) by procrastinating and trying to drag the case out which she did for almost 19 months. It took some time, but tact, perseverance, and patience on Jim's part paid off.

Hired Attorney James W. Tucker Jr.

Jim simply took my money and ran out the clock. Two years of marriage - no children, no property - divorce cost over $6k. Additionally Jim neglected to advise me that despite the court orders I was still responsible for all the joint debts so I ended up paying everything and was told "the court cannot really compel your husband to do anything". Had I known that up front I would have made a lot of different decisions. Would actually have done better with NO lawyer.
