Attorney Nichole Bailey grew up in Princeton, West Virginia, where she developed a deep sense of community and a passion for helping others. With a background in criminal justice and sociology, she has always been committed to standing up for people and making sure their voices are heard, especially during life’s toughest challenges.
After earning her degree from Concord University, Nichole went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in 2024. She is licensed to practice in both West Virginia and South Carolina and is currently awaiting admission to the North Carolina Bar. Before joining Stewart Law Offices, Nichole served as defense counsel in Bluefield, West Virginia, where she worked on a wide range of personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives her unique insight and a well-rounded perspective when building strategies for her clients.
Nichole knows that a serious injury can change everything, physically, emotionally, and financially. That’s why she takes a hands-on, compassionate approach to every case. She guides her clients with patience, clear communication, and determination, always striving not just for strong results, but also for the reassurance that they have a caring advocate by their side.
Outside the office, Nichole enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Toby. She also loves playing pickleball and cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers.
