About Brent Stewart

With almost 40 years of legal experience, Brent P. Stewart is known throughout the community for his comprehensive and compassionate approach. He treats each client like they’re his only client, despite owning and operating 5 legal offices throughout the Carolinas.

After graduating from Ohio State University with a Bachelor's and West Virginia University School of Law with his law degree, Brent worked with the successful firm Bordas and Bordas, then took the esteemed position as the Attorney General of Guam, the United States Pacific Island territory. He has since spent his career pursuing justice for personal injury victims and their families, from workers’ compensation claims to vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice lawsuits.

Brent is absolutely amazing! I will admit, I had a negative opinion of injury attorneys before I needed one. But I was so very wrong. I was injured and the ones at fault came at me hard and fast with their attorneys and insurance company trying to not pay and not accept fault. Brent stepped in a slowed them down immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Needless to say my opinion of attorneys has changed completely. He was the person I needed and the person I will always call in the future. Thank you Brent! You are truly a blessing and I highly recommend you!
