Thank you from the bottom of my heart for representing me during my divorce. You represented me in a way no one else on this Earth could. You allowed me to receive the most funds I deserved as the law would allow while being a fair and honest man. You checked me when my anger and resentment would cloud my judgement. You answered all my questions and provided me with the utmost guidance in what I deserved and what was and wasn't worth seeking. One Google Search for "Attorneys in Rochester, NY" gained me the best attorney I could've asked for. I am truly lucky to have you representing me. I'm going to miss our calls and emails. This has been a long year and I feel as though you became a part of my life. You saw and validated what I knew I deserved and provided support to me as times got rough. You didn't get paid to be my therapist, but you probably should have, haha! : ) You also put up with my frustration and non-productive comments and took them in stride. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! !

I highly recommend Mr. Welch. He is compassionate, an intellectual, deeply sensitive to the human part of this very difficult process and particularly concerned about the the impact this has on children and achieving the outcomes that are in their best interest. He is an outstanding lawyer and an outstanding human being.

In my opinion: He is one of the worst attorneys I have ever encountered. Instead of resolving issues, he seems to create new ones between parties for his financial gain. If you prefer your cases to drag on indefinitely, this may be the attorney for you. I have documented and verifiable instances of him providing false attorney affirmations, and this is not defamatory as I have the evidence to support my claims. I strongly recommend avoiding this attorney at all costs!!!
