I highly recommend Mr. Welch. He is compassionate, an intellectual, deeply sensitive to the human part of this very difficult process and particularly concerned about the the impact this has on children and achieving the outcomes that are in their best interest. He is an outstanding lawyer and an outstanding human being.
In my opinion: He is one of the worst attorneys I have ever encountered. Instead of resolving issues, he seems to create new ones between parties for his financial gain. If you prefer your cases to drag on indefinitely, this may be the attorney for you. I have documented and verifiable instances of him providing false attorney affirmations, and this is not defamatory as I have the evidence to support my claims. I strongly recommend avoiding this attorney at all costs!!!
