Thomas R. Malia of Rochester, New York, is the worst attorney. He is a bold liar, lazy, very uncouth, speaks as if you are wasting his time, talks over you, is unprofessional, and is dishonest. He dropped my case because I would not have surgery for an injury that did not require it. He wanted me to have surgery so he would receive more money for himself. He wasted valuable time doing absolutely nothing; he neglected the case. He never contacted the insurance company as he said he would. Please retire as you are not a reputable human being that should be practicing law in the state of New York.
He didn't do what he said he was going to do. He did no investigating of my case. There was minimal contact and I waited for three years and at the end of the time deadline he got me $16,778.00 for a head injury. He would often tell me that if I wanted he could call the insurance company and get me 80,000 if I didn't want to wait. He informed me that waiting would bring about a better outcome in which it did the opposite. I would like to know what I could do about his lack of participation.
