In the two years since retaining him, he has not brought the matter before a judge.
Attempted to assist a financial management client with data for this lawyer on an eviction case. This is the single worst lawyer I have ever interacted with, and he does not have enough of a legal team to support his workload - which I am surprised he has a workload. He does not understand modern technology, he has no communication skills, and is very condescending. He demands immediate responses or sends numerous angry responses about how you are wasting his time and going to be fired by him as a client, but he does not respond to things you need for hours or days. I asked for feedback on a document format and got unprofessional responses in all capital letters like "WAAAAYYYYYYY" and multiple threats to be "fired" as if I was his employee. I would never recommend him to my worst client. I would personally rather pay someone for a lawsuit I was not responsible for the legal damages than to ever have to be in a room with this individual or need to communicate with him ever again.
