Hired Attorney

Mr. Grossman was my first attorney whom I hired in October in 2003. He never filed any legal papers because he said I knew I was getting sick from the house in 2002 and a personal injury claim had passed. This continuing nuisance claim was a RPAPL; or Real Property Actions and Proceedings action based on a continuing water nuisance from a huge development. Mr. Grossman is currently in partnership with the Attorney Robert Shattuck who represented the Town at the time 2005. $ 9,000.00 was misspent
