Looking for a lawyer who can help you resolve a criminal case or personal injury claim? Attorney David Wade has spent more than a decade practicing in the Rochester area, helping his clients clear their names in criminal court and claim financial compensation from accidents.
Attorney Wade set off on his legal education after receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the Utica College of Syracuse University in 2004. By 2008, he had received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. He then passed the New York State Bar Exam and was sworn in as an attorney in 2009.
Attorney Wade has worked nearly every job in the legal field. He has previously worked as a paralegal, assistant district attorney, and conflict defense lawyer. His prior work as a prosecutor gives him an insider’s view on the inner workings of a criminal case. He’s especially knowledgeable about DUI/DWI cases and will fight tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights. He also runs a solo-attorney firm. That makes him easy to reach by text, email, or phone should the need arise. He’s dedicated to his clients and is willing and ready to take their case as far as it needs to go, all the way from pretrial negotiations to arguing their case on the courtroom floor.
Attorney Wade is a member of the Orleans County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
Outside of law, attorney Wade loves pets and is a huge sports fan. He’s married to a first-grade teacher in the Brockport School District, which inspired him to offer discounts to teachers.
