I've had twice the quality legal counsel at half the cost. I was not impressed. I felt like I was not being honored, repeatedly.
He avoided answering my questions relative to my concerns, laughed at my pain contrary to stating he actually cares enough to “take away the pain” (he doesn’t). My case could & should have been dismissed with prejudice and probated. Mr Rolsch opted for a highly contentious partition where he flubbed and fumbled in defense as well as navigation the complexities involved. I doubt he read half my emails and likely overcharged for “give my office a call” fronted correspondence to opposing parties to further charge on things he likely never did. Ultimately, I needed to present evidence to the judge which he was non responsive in doing so. I emailed court, stated as such, they said, he’s the attorney of record, you go thru him. I dismissed him since he grossly lacked in answering emails regarding my concerns as well as legal questions as to options. To which, he files a lien against the partition IN ONE DAY. I consider him as shady as a tall oak on a sunny day. Beware the contract and lies
