I have used Travis for many years for multiple legal issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend Travis without reservations
Professional, people first, competent, knowledgeable, above and beyond.
Best lawyers for the money that I have ever dealt with. I would hire them for any legal need.
Jim was great, but his staff was slow.
They are very busy, but I have never been treated better by any law firm.
Bottom line Paul Ohly acted against stated advice of a sheriff called by the bank to my father’s residence. The sheriff spoke to Paul, stated my father appeared confused and should take task of explaining to him what it was that he would be getting himself into if my POA were to be revoked. Paul did not heed the sheriff’s advice of their perception of the situation. When he spoke to my father it was with a direct accusation leading my father to answer questions against his knowledge that there was a misunderstanding in play. Ohly did not care, asked four accusatory questions to a legally blind handicapped person without explanation of the document he was to signing just after asking leading questions against my person and then calls me the following day making the statement he represents the sheriffs dept whose advice he didn’t bother adhere to. He instead acted like he himself was a law officer taking the reins of responsibility to accuse me of criminality, causing death, dept & lies
