The issue that has landed me here reviewing her is how dirty she was in the end. She new I was closing on my house, I understand she wanted to be paid. I asked many times for my bill, to see how it was going. The night before my closing, I asked for my bill again. No response. Title co. calls next mooring saying she placed a lien of $12,500, my down payment was $2500. I did not get a bill from her until 2 hours before close. She charged me what she wanted. Beware!!!
