Hired Attorney

Prioritized Money Over Advocacy. I hired Eric for a family case and was extremely disappointed. He dismissed serious concerns about my children’s safety despite police reports and documentation. He pressured me to make my sick child play sports against doctor’s orders, made excuses for the other parent, and even said whether he would file motions depended on how much I was willing to pay him. His exact words were, “No one cares about the abuse he inflicts on you.” I felt completely unrepresented and would not recommend him to anyone.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
