Hired Attorney

I had hired Mr. Raider to assist me in negotiating property damage to my home. I signed his fee agreement and gave him a $1000 retainer. I replaced him due to lack of communication and disorganization. He would not return my $120 left of my retainer stating that would be the cost to close my file which he finally did after almost 3 months. Also, included with my files was another client's confidential info who I made aware that I had received from him.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
