Hired Attorney

Working with this lawyer seemed great at first, as they just want to get your money. I did not agree with the demand letter that was sent out as Rick Derrico had stated we would do. Michelle would disagree and say she could only do the bare minimum. If you called, Michelle was a very rude individual. After 2 months of not hearing a single peep from my lawyer, I simply reached out for an update as things outside in my case were changing. Michelle does not like to be questioned! Be warned. My response back from her when asked for a response “I do not have to provide you with any information or decision making on this case. I have decided I am no longer representing you.” This was after they had taken me for majority of my retainer money and did nothing for my case. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I have proof of conversations and emails.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
