Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Paul Beers, Esq. is an outstanding attorney. He is smart, and he knows the law. He intensely prepares his briefs and court appearances. He studies the case law and meticulously applies judicial precedent and legal principles to prove his case. He is eloquent, concise, and logical. Very confident and self-assured, he is nonetheless amicable and respectful. Judges and juries like him. He exhaustively studies his opponent’s strategy and arguments, then counters them point by point until he has proven his case. He is intelligent, hardworking, and relentless. My family and I have relied on Paul’s expertise for over 30 years, in both civil and criminal matters. He has always exceeded expectations. I give him my highest recommendation without reservation.
Mr. Beers is an exceptional attorney. His knowledge of various kinds of legal services is excellent. His level of communication with clients is professional. Yet he presents legal matters so the client can understand the subject. I would recommend Mr. Beers to my clients for legal representarion.
Mr. Beers is a lawyer who is genuinely concerned about his client getting the best possible representation. He does his research and is well prepared when going to court. He is highly regarded as a lawyer who will give you the best representation possible.
Was always sensitive to my questions and concerns, easy to contact, knowledgeable, great presence in the court room.
I emailed Mr Beers after the Union grievance failed and told him I would like to proceed with hiring him and asked what he needed from me to get started with the case. His reply was shocking to me, all of the sudden he wanted to pawn me off on a junior associate to handle the case and wanted $175 per hour for the junior associate and a $15,000 deposit. I asked him why I had paid for a consultation if none of the cost information he presented me with was true! I had based my meager military retirement finances for this case around the initial quote he had given me. Mr. Beers knew up front that I could not afford a $15,000 deposit and $175 per hour, yet he milked me along taking $700 for nothing but lies. Being retired military, we are taught honor, courage, and commitment. Honoring others above ourselves, courage to do what is right, and commitment to the honorable cause. My fellow brothers and sisters, beware! This guy exhibited none of those qualities! Save your time and money!
