Hired Attorney

Mark Cathey represented me as a defendant in a personal injury case. He kept me very informed along every step of the way, and was able to give me insight into the probability we would go to court, the next steps we should prepare for, the range of potential settlements, and even the extents of my insurance coverage. He always responded quickly to my phone calls, and was very pleasant and efficient to work with. Never rushed, but always using his time carefully in person and on the phone.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
