If there were options for negative stars I would utilize them. If you want an individual who is incompetent, violent when he does not get his way, believes his way is the only way and who lies yet still loses most of his cases then this lawyer is for you. If you want courteous, efficient, compassionate, TRUTHFUL case info he is not your person. I have waited years to post this review and after seeing this person out and about this week it made me remember how bad he treated my parents and how things fell apart because of his actions which compelled me to state my opinion on his work. He is overbearing, does not listen, does not have the spine to stand up to anyone in court so he has to sneak around and be underhanded to get things done and according to most of the other lawyers in town he is a joke, just ask around and you will find this to be true. He represents people who murder their girlfriends and neighbors and people who shoot guns in nursing homes? Good human being? NO!!!!
Mr. Cargill set the bar low and met those low standards. After he received prepayment of his required fees, he did not respond to multiple emails requesting replies to my questions. I never met him before court. While at court we met briefly and he continued to be unhelpful. Both he and the judge said that the violation would be dropped and so no points would be placed on my record, thereby assisting my insurance bill, but it did increase my ins. bill. I would NOT recommend Mr. Cargill, at all.
