I would like to thank everyone at Giles and Lambert for their help with my case. I would highly recommend Heather Parsons and her team out of the Blacksburg office to anyone considering bankruptcy. I really struggled with my decision walking in but was immediately welcomed, never judged, and felt like absolute family . We started out at the Blacksburg office working Heather and Erin. They were both wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule our signing due to work issues. They were very helpful. We were rescheduled to the Roanoke office working with Malissa, who has also been wonderful. We continued to work with Erin. All of our questions via email and phone have been answered in a very timely manner. Malissa, Erin and Heather always make us feel very comfortable during this difficult time in our lives.
