Working with this lawyer was very disappointing. I have known him for many years and trusted him to give me sound, knowledgeable advice. I explained my case to him and asked for advice before proceeding. He advised me to proceed, but my case was never presented. I not only lost the money that the tenant owed me ($3300), I ended up owing his firm over $4300.
