Accordingly, several years later I sought his services upon a case involving a disputed rental agreement, and a counter claim, under the Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Times were hard and I was going through a knock down drag out divorce and needed a friend who was a professional. The Plaintiffs case was dismissed "With Prejudice" and if i recall my counter claim was "Granted". Mr. Nixon refused to even accept the compensation for his services
