About Christopher M. Kite

Christopher M. Kite, a shareholder at Lucas & Kite, PLC, holds B.A. degrees in Rhetoric and Political Science from the University of Virginia, where he was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference’s All-Academic Football Team in 1987-88. He earned his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1992. With extensive experience in workers’ compensation law, Chris frequently lectures and leads seminars on the subject throughout Virginia. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving as a member of the Roanoke and American Bar Associations, the Virginia State Bar, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, where he previously chaired the Workers’ Compensation section. Chris is also a member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
