Hire Ginger because I heard and read she was aggressive in the courtroom. I met her, informed her of all the things going on that lead up to this decision to include my adultery and my ex's refusal to work during our financial hardship. I also informed Ginger of my ex's plan to claim I raped her. Ginger seemed to care initially, but once the wheel got to rolling, her aggressiveness dwindled. It almost seem I was a bother. Every complaint my ex made was like getting in trouble with my own lawyer instead of her having my back like I was paying for. She didn't show up to any court appearances, but she did attend one mediation, where she basically was just a middle man to pass on their request, she did no fighting for me. My ex's lawyer was fresh out of college and he mopped the floor. In my opinion I wouldn't hire her if you are a man. She didn't fight for me, she literally was just a middle man to pass along information and yell at me when the ex claimed I did something wrong.
If you're disabled, keep looking for someone more knowledgeable and compliant with the ADA. My husband needed disability accommodations and she couldn't (or wouldn't) provide them and decided to release him instead. When attempting to discuss it, she left emails unanswered for days until *he* followed up with *her*. What a joke!
