With over a decade of legal experience, Andrew J. Calandro has built a distinguished career in the legal field. He initiated his journey at Murray & Wright before establishing his own practice, focusing on taxation, business law, and estate planning. In 2015, Andrew took the next step in his career by joining Vinson Law P.A. as a valuable member of the personal injury litigation team. In a remarkably short span of time, Andrew has risen to prominence as a civil trial attorney and assumed the role of managing partner at Vinson Law. His accomplishments led to his inclusion in the Million Dollar Advocate Forum in 2019, a prestigious distinction that less than 1% of attorneys attain. The following year, in 2020, Andrew founded Calandro Law, dedicated to his mission of supporting victims in cases involving car wrecks, wrongful death, premises liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. Andrew has made a name for himself in the legal community as a tenacious advocate for his clients, unflinchingly taking on formidable opponents such as large corporations, insurance companies, and government agencies. Andrew is deeply rooted in the vibrant state of Florida, being a third-generation Floridian and a Tampa native. He takes pride in his alma mater, the University of Florida, where he pursued his undergraduate education. Andrew's commitment to continuous learning led him to obtain an advanced law degree (LLM) from the University of Denver. Furthermore, he is a distinguished graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, a distinction he shares with approximately 2,500 trial attorneys nationwide. Embracing a holistic approach to assisting his clients, Andrew recognizes that well-being transcends the numerical outcomes on a jury verdict form.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Andrew finds enjoyment in various interests, including cinema, exercise, and enthusiastic support for the Florida Gators. He is an avid practitioner of Thai Chi, Kung Fu, and other martial arts, demonstrating his dedication to a well-rounded and balanced life.
