My case was extremely complex. Im a d v survivor. My ex obtained a restraining order for himself and our child, when I tried to leave. While having the restraining order on me, he made me live in our home. His lawyer told me to shape up, listen to my ex, told me I had to relinquish my parental rights of our child. It was extremely scary. He used a malignant narcissist sociopaths abuse tactics, crazy making, threats, this year my private investigation teams found he had drugged me using a medication I was prescribed in addition to a medication called roofy for short. He drove my child and self to a parking lot, called his local law enforcement friend to arrest me. I hired a previous attorney that lacked proper knowledge in this type of case. Continued review, i was cut off. After several cps reports, he pulled me into his cps case, which took us to cps court, that's when his d v got very scary. I was stalked, hacked, and crazy made once again. I hired new attorneys, pis, cyber investigation after local law enforcement, his buddies came to my home and threatened me. Fortunately this was recorded using cameras installed from the state. My pis, and cyber team found so much evidence. Enough for felony criminal charges. We both had psych evals where now we are using for perjury. Cps court urged me to obtain a R.O and to take full custody. I now have a book series of 3, pod cast, and our story went viral. December ill graduate with A political Science law degree and most attorneys now know my nightmare story, Valerie left her lawyers and Heather aggressively dropped all her clients.
