After 3 months of back and forth with my home warranty company I finally made the smart decision to call Thomas Sardoni. Within two weeks of talking to him my case was resolved, HVAC was replaced, and I had a reimbursement check in hand. Mine was definitely a smaller case, but he still made me feel like I was his top priority.
I contacted this attorney on advance of inland county legal services. I had a landlord that lied to the court many times to get me evected ( 3 ) trials when she resulting it lying to court claim she was not paid for rent ( during 2nd trial ) that was a lie.. I lost my place to live. This attorney contacted counsel for DEFENDENT. Demanding my money back( the money was in fact wire transfer to DEFENDENT ACCOUNT. Can't dispute that. Defendant. Was lied to court but not this atty
This is the worst law firm ever. Trust me, go somewhere else. This firm will suck you dry and do nothing for you. Don't let Sardoni talk to your witnesses without your presence, he will poison pill them against you and help the other side. All he wants is your money, and he will do nothing for you. He completely botched my case and missed deadlines for subpoenas for witnesses, and without knowing my case, encouraged me to drop, after he has sucked over $20,000 from me, of course. This guy is bad news, the worst lawyer ever. Go somewhere else.
